You know, if there was a model where the batch of bells and whistles was free at the top tier and reduced in expense at the intermediate tiers (maybe not purchasable without base-tier status?), that might not be a horrible model.

(AA is also sort-of doing the same thing with "Flagship Business Plus" or whatever they're calling it for Chelsea access as they phase out F.)
