Rows 20-22 are Premium Select (you can tell because there's only 7 seats per row instead of 8.) My guess as to why DL wouldn't sell them as PS is in case they decide to swap it with a A359 that doesn't have PS later on. ATL-LIM is a route that frequently gets the ex-LATAM A359s that don't have PS.
