I just completed a very short stay at NH Gran Hotel Calderon Barcelona. Unfortunately just 1 night due to a last minute change in my travel pattern. Contrary to my last stays at NH hotels this time I had an incredible experience. Status recognized at check-in, double upgrade, very nice welcome gift and 15% discount at the hotel food and beverage. Besides that a welcome card thanking for being an GHA Discovery loyal member. Well done NH and GHA. Definitely above my expectations!
