Flights are preferred, but if you can't find a flight that fits your schedule/destination, then why not redeem them for a physical item? its funny, but the whole reason i have ANY points at all, was because, several years back, I could book a trip using Aeroplan points for an AC flight operated by United.
For 60K Aeroplan points, i could go one-way in POLARIS IAH-EZE - this was maybe 2017-18
Now, all i see for that routing is 375K Aeroplan points
I mean, i understand inflation and point devaluation, etc, but that seems like a huge jump
maybe there are other options for travel for a lower J fare, but i cant find one.
