I wonder what the odds are they aren't finished with renovations/open by July or so. I know new hotel openings are notoriously delayed, but I wonder if that's the case for renovations like this.

Since it's a seasonal location, you'd think they are going to do whatever it takes to open in June (or they will essentially lose a "year's" worth of revenue).

Any thoughts?
