Bingo! In two years SWA will be gobbled up by a legacy. As A-List Plus with Companion Pass, this year is the year I move back to DL when possible. I can be selective and have $ flexibiiity in my spend. But if I have to wait another year for a more seat room, what's the point? I'll keep my DL loyalty and get it now. Wall Street strikes again, short term gain for what? To be another avg airline. Now if they waited until their cabins were improved and the assigned seating and people saw a benefit, maybe this goes over better. The only good thing, more seats for when I have to fly them, less families because bags don't fly free. They'll drive them to other airlines now, and Spirit and Frontier stay ...... but with more families.
