As others have noted, you're far more likely to get 5XP than 15XP per sector (if they don't have some kind of workaround where you just get the 10)
You'd say that by far the easiest solutions is to leave these bookings as they are.
All you have to do is kick people on a SAS Plus ticket out of the front rows once they have reintroduced business class, seat them in economy, but still give them a free drink/snack. That's basically wat SAS Plus is anyway intra-Europe...
