They are the definition of LCC. I don’t know why people expect full service on them when paying dirt cheap fares. You pay what you get. At least they aren’t easyJet or Ryanair.
Putting Easyjet and Ryanair in the same class makes no sense.
Easyjet is better than UO if anything.
