You'll need the credit card you paid with (although the instructions may say "any card", some machines seem to be a lot more fussy about it than others).
Shouldn't be per-ticket machine, it's a flag when the retailer issues the collection code. They can set it for the purchasing card only, or any card. If it's set to Any Card, then you can even use a handful of supermarket loyalty cards to collect with...! There's a bit more info at
