If it is converted to J, I believe you'll get the J XPs. If converted to Y, you'll automatically get the Y XP's but you'll be able to obtain the W XPs after contacting FB, based on your original booking.

Goldorak, it's far from guaranteed (IMO even unlikely) that SAS Plus will be converted to SAS Business when the change hits. It's much cheaper for SAS to downgrade people and pay out 30% of ticket price (which on short-haul is peanuts, especially for feeder flights) to those who complain than giving lounge access, priority security etc. to people who wouldn't have been entitled to it originally.
Considering that a full flex SAS Plus ticket for the example route AMS-CPH-OSL could easily go for 650-700 EUR roundtrip, a 30% downgrade payout is not nothing, but indeed not comparable to long-haul pricing.
