We found that the baggage allowance finally showed up on our tickets. QR staff that the airport happily took in 7 bags from 4 passengers (2 pcs @ 23kg each / passenger) when we checked in at DXB.
Did end up getting luggage allownace ? I'm having same issue. My economy class show luggage and business doesn't.
