Is there any way to get cash off Vanilla Visas anymore? I just bought a $500 InComm-Sutton Visa (hefty $8.95 fee!) beginning with 4118 10, expires 11/33. Last a checked about a year ago, all of my local Walmarts are requiring to see cards 1st before purchasing money orders. I went to a local Post Office and attempted small amounts like $105 and $205, both declined. Automated phone system said it's a security block to prevent cash access... Agents did nothing besides replace the card - a single PIN decline is all it takes now?? If so, yikes! Please advise if there is some other workaround? I'll eventually need to offload this somehow...
