I tried booking into a Penthouse Suite on a points reservation using a SUA before the points prices go up at the end of the month. There was a Grand Suite and a Penthouse Suite with Accessible Roll-In Shower available on points for 32,000 points. But when I tried booking online or with my concierge, the Penthouse Suite did not show up as available with a SUA. I settled for the Grand Suite. Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a way of using a SUA on a Penthouse Suite?
