This was supposed to be the roast chicken salad. The observant amongst you will notice there is not a single piece of chicken on the dish. And no, I hadn’t already eaten it. The IFM was as shocked as I was.

The whole service on this flight was terrible. 2 clearly inexperienced FA for 14 rows of CE and 54 passengers. The IFM spent the first hour preparing the meals, perhaps she ate the chicken, while the 2 FA’s did the first and only drinks run. They offered drinks for the meal at the same time as offering the pre-meal drink, which is why it did not surprise me that they didn’t make another pass.

The meal was served at 1:15 into a 2:25 flight time and was totally disorganised. After that the last meal was only served to row 14 about 30 minutes before landing because by then everybody in the front rows was calling for drinks top-ups. Straight after dispensing the last meal, crew insisted on changing glassware for plastic cups, even though many had hardly started their food.

So poor.
