Considering LX F capacity to NA (JFK, EWR, IAD, ORD, MIA, LAX, SFO, BOS, YYZ, YUL) and available connections from these points to MEX, it's really a bad customer service that they would not rebook HON into F to any of their NA destinations, with an onward connection to MEX in C. Admittedly, if F was indeed 0 across the entire NA network on that day, then it would have been understandable. But I doubt that all of these destinations were F0 on the day when the travel needed to take place.
