Very good point.
I often wonder if the term Lounge Dragon is one derived and used by those who have tried it on in an attempt to access a lounge to which they knew they had no entitlement, and had been turned away by a clued up agent who simply knew his/her job.
Please bear in mind that there's CCTV everywhere, and lounge agents can be remotely monitored by their supervisors/managers. When a boarding pass is scanned it's data is immediately recorded in the lounges/airlines system, so if an agent is monitored allowing four people to access the lounge when the scanned pass allows only one then he/she could well be called upon to explain.
Lounge visits are recorded, as on a couple of occasions when I've been op-upped at DOH my new boarding pass has had the words to the effect of Customer in XXX Lounge printed on it.
