Street parking is not a realistic option. You can pay for valet or park yourself at Sutter Stockton garage across the street. The primary advantage of this property over Kabuki is you don't really need a car here (not any more than you do in DT Seattle).

3. Street noise - pretty isolated or not?
Noise insulation is not particularly good, but you're more likely to be bothered by noise from wind or an adjoining room than you are by noise from the street.
Overall this is not a particularly appealing property.
