We plan to visit SF and considering btw this GH (for the suite w 2 full bath), or Kabuki (will book 2 rooms). There will be 3 of us (me, the wife, and our adopted teen daughter - hence why the extra full bath is appealing ... ...

Questions:
1. This GH is very near Union Square - and we heard so much abt SF doom and gloom. How real is it? We live in Seattle - and some areas of downtown Seattle can be pretty rough. but we were told that SF could be worse.
2. What is the parking situation at this hotel?
3. Street noise - pretty isolated or not?
