Got it last weekend.
You'll need to email
[email protected] .
They claimed that "There was a temporary error that has since been resolved. This error was preventing you from logging in, but you should now be able to access your account without issue."
I emailed them on Friday 3/1.
They responded on Monday 3/3 and asked for:
Email address you are using to log in–
Name on the membership–
Zip code–
Phone number–
Last 4 digits of your SYW Mastercard–
Then nothing.
Then I found on my own that I could log in again.
My guess is that their system was down for maintenance.
Really stupid.
