I am currently sitting on enough AS, BA, and AA miles that adding 70k wouldn’t enable any travel I could otherwise not book. And the 70k offer seems to come back occasionally, so I doubt that this is currently a unique opportunity. So my thinking is that I am going to wait and see what the details of the Premium card are before considering another regular AS.
If you haven’t already, maybe get a Hawaiian card or two (personal and business) if and while you can. That’s what I did last fall.
