For Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 -- Yes. Use the ATS. It's faster than the bus and security at Terminal 3 is generally a much better experience than Terminal 5.
For Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 -- I'd recommend against the ATS. It's outside security, whereas you can stay behind security when walking.
