While I am totally with your POV, Its harder and made near impossible in places such as HKG/HND etc. There are advanced passenger information storage duration constraints from the border control perspective to consider, along with putting strain on an airline resource which maynot fully understand your scheme, a lot of work and stress to various parties for something which can be solved for under US$100.
