Interesting thread as I gave up on AA in the last year. Beyond the poor on-board service and crappy F catering, I also hate the rear-facing seats. I simply won't fly on a 772 or 788 with AA...period! I was EXP with AA nearly since it's inception. Dropped to platinum-pro last year and will be there for life. So many poor decisions by AA over the years...rear-facing J seats being one of them.
