Anyway, the NH lounges are nothing really great to go through the hoops for. Go landside, spends some time at the Haneda airport garden having a decent breakfast or use the onsen (at a charge), plane spotting with a good cup of coffee from the roof top of the terminal (if that's your thing), and then head in to Tokyo when things start opening. You can also find some great breakfasts in Tokyo from around the time you could be in central Tokyo.
I know I can always do that. Money always solves problems. I want to leverage my status and save money whenever I can. What's wrong with that?
