The problem you may have is that they usually try to insist you take the most direct route, in which case I would think they will try to put you on TG, or maybe LH. One way you may be able to swing SQ is to start your trip from MAN as MAN-SIN-BKK is as easy as MAN-FRA-BKK.

SQ has F on 2 flights a week from MAN on Tuesday and Thursday when they have a 744 operating with a stop in ZRH.
