It does appear that it is a Lufthansa ticket, as my main reservation number is the same on the LH site and different for UA. In that case, I am curious if LH would automatically take responsibility and rebook or if they will put the responsibility on LifeMiles to rebook (if something is announced). It is extremely unlikely to be an LH ticket, 0.000001% chance. LH ticket numbers begin with 220. If it is indeed an LH ticket then LH has taken over the ticket, which they won't do unless there is a disruption. Should that have happened then indeed LM will not able to do anything about this anymore.
If LH is the source of disruption, even if they are not responsible for it, they are on the hook to rebook you. LH would rebook you on any LH-group or *A flight irrespective of booking class. LM would only re-book into available award inventory. The problem is that the strike is not LH related thus ALL airlines will be impacted and it will be near impossible to find seats. Look for alternate airports NOW
