Access into AF lounge 2E. BP did not scan, was told ITA "changed". After fumbling about with a PC and a tablet and looking for documents on the "sharefile" they agreed access was granted through Apr 30 (showed picture of card too)

Also into 3rd party lounge in TLV. They looked at the Eliteplus on the BP and noted down my Volare number.

....and on the way back: no problem accessing Skyclub, ITA number on my BP.
I changed the number back to FB, and at JFK (Air France lounge) and CDG (2E) had to have them change back again to Volare in the reservation to get access, Has to be the FF actually present in the system at the time of entry.
