Flying into HND, use a lounge, and then enter Japan?
I'm looking at an itinerary where I fly into HND at 6:10 AM. I'll be departing late in the evening. Given the long layover, and that most places aren't even opened in Tokyo, I'm wondering if it's possible to go into an NH lounge as a *G, leave at around 10 AM to clear immigration to enter the city, and then ultimately return to HND in the early evening for the late evening flight with NH?
