Looking the the fare rules for Advance rail tickets, it appears you can change the date/time of the ticket, but not get a refund.

Has anybody tried to do this on an Uber booked ticket? I can't find anywhere in the app.

Would it be something I could do if I just went to a station ticket office, or is it like flight tickets where everything needs to be done via the issuing company?
