Good to see AF finally align with KL/DL/VS to provide consistency within the joint venture, but as the others have already mentioned, it's unclear from the announcement how exactly this is going to be implemented (physical changes vs. renaming existing seats). Having even more seating configurations in their long-haul fleet could make things even more complicated in the even of aircraft swaps.
I wonder if AF will ever introduce Economy Comfort on short-haul aircraft in line with KL/DL? It's terrible that seats at the front used for J have no more legroom than the seats at the back.
