Roasted Bell & Evans Chicken Breast with mushroom demi-glace, garlic-thyme mashed potatoes, green beans, poached shrimp with cilantro aioli, vegetable slaw



fairly standard airline meal, but the chicken and seeded sweetwater cheddar bread had a decidedly premium, upmarket taste and quality compared to standard airline chicken and bread though!
