The award programs that blazed this path (e.g. DL, UA) have yet to see even a small exodus. Outside of North America, Miles & More is racing FB (going the dynamic pricing without even extra availability route) and the IAG programs are hell-bent on following.

In general, if you're looking for redemption value, you look for airlines that are basket cases. In this environment, there aren't many of those (though AA and AS are close)
