Update: the corrections have been issued. WHEW. It's been quite a stressful ~2 weeks. I'll put together a timeline a little later for those interested, but I'm relieved my credit report won't get destroyed in a few days when the AMEX statement closes. I'm off on a 2 week international award trip (booked on AA, naturally), so very glad it is resolved before I take off in a few hours.
