I'm really surprised a western airline is willing to try serving a kaiseki meal. ANA F, now that was a massive treat that I'll never forget, and obviously I don't think it's fair to compare F to J. But if it's anything like ANA J (which also has a washoku menu), then I think it actually presents a very unique customer experience... something I don't say (at all) about AC.
