I heard when Toronto Japanese chefs were invited to develop the new menu, Hashimoto proposed something near F experience, with real kaiseki presentation, tableware and stuff. I would be happy if it's anything like ANA J.

just saw a fb photo someone posted. If it were the new kaisekiI presentation, appalling.
