The food at the bistro is the same as the food at the buffet counter, but on individual plates. For example, from the bistro, they can put scrambled egg and a piece of ham on top of a piece of bread, and perhaps decorate with a piece of mint leaves, all present to you on a small plate. But at the self service buffet counter, you get your own scrambled egg, ham and bread, no presentation.
