It's not really old. It's the 2020 F seat. There's a version of the same suite on the 777-300, which has a door. However, it's the same relatively modern seat you find on the 787-9. I like this, personally. It's like a much bigger version of the Club Suite.

The old F seat is the version on the A380 or 777-200 which is from 2015.
