Sorry to hijack but this seems as good as a place as any. Referencing a post re upgrade that I made on the POUG thread despite it not being a POUG.

When I'm in my MMB for a LHR-SIN-LHR booking in J, fare bucket I class, I am offered a price to upgrade for both passengers return for £3.2k.

No matter how I try to get it, through the main Upgrade button, through the other Upgrade button, or through Change my Flight - i.e. the same route as the OP - when I click Contine to confirm my upgrade choices it tells me it is no longer available. It has consistently shown the £3.2k option as available, with four seats available, for at least two days. I have called and the agents can't get anywhere near the price, although both times I got through to the Indian call centre and I don't trust them to give reliably accurate advice.

Is this just, shock horror, a disconnect between the website and reality?
