There is, and it works if you are arriving at T5 on a domestic service and need to go to another ORD terminal, or vice versa, but it's not available to arriving international passengers at T5 who are channeled through immigration, then landside.

I suppose you could try to get through T5 security and back airside with your ticket for a T2 departure, but (A) I don't think that would work, any better than it would work at LHR, and (B) the security scrum at T5 is typically worse than at T2 or T3.
