As a precautionary measure, I would suggest taking screenshots of the cancellation on ET's website or app, ideally with the current time and date visible in the shot.
Flight is on the 10th of March. FRA-ADD-CPT and my alternative would be BER-IST-CPT leaving in 25 hours.

The ET website does not show the flight was cancelled yet but ET confirmed the cancellation over the phone and said to me that A3 can get in touch with them to get the confirmation.
