I don’t think this has changed much since February’s menu.
Golden beetroot and goats cheese amuse bouche. This was quite nice as the dressing was both sweet and sour.
Duo of smoked duck. Interesting that it had 2 different sauces, personally I think the hoisin was the better one because the sesame mayonnaise didn’t taste of sesame!
Grilled corn fed chicken supreme. Not sure the thyme jus, which was really good on its own, worked with the creamed spinach, but overall it was quite tasty
and the chicken wasn’t dry like it can be sometimes.
Didn’t feel like a sweet dessert, so just went with the cheese and a glass of port. The Statesboro blue and the Mt. Tam were the star of the show, with the other two being a bit bland.
Breakfast:

disappointed that they no longer serve toast with it, the scrambled eggs were unusually good though, possibly not powdered egg! Not in the picture is an americano which was better than the one in the T5 arrivals lounge.
