Totally concur that rebooking is a game of chance. I have this week tried to work out whether it was worth trying to salvage an OJ LHR-DUB // MAD-LHR Y return that is no longer of any use. Ended up cancelling as the results of my rescheduling research was 'this is waste of time' [I got excited when on one day quite a few of the options were £1 cheaper than I paid]. I decided to take the hit and just canceled and will await the painfully slow email about what I get back (taxes only, I expect).

It was the hope that I could re-book that killed me.
