Thank you for the confirmation. While it is possible that American Express will no longer reimburse TravelBank transactions, I think we need more than one customer service agent's statement.
I would agree, especially since it seems like there are other credits which are not posting timely if you look in some of the other airline forums. If this was only TB transactions I woudl be a little more worried, but given AMEX seems to be slow on all reimbursable credits, I think we should wait this one out. As you said though, this may be the end of this reimbursement, which , if so, it was a good ride while it lasted.
