I had limo bookings at BKK with AOT in April.
AOT just called to say the service is closing and I will have to go to the AOT desk on arrival to get a refund, then go to whoever the new service provider will be and book on the spot.
The AOT limo website says:
Due to the development of the AOT Limousine system and changes of the car models also the service prices, The current reservation system will be available until March 31, 2025 We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
That sounds as though the AOT limo service will be resurrected in some new guise on the 1st of April.
The lady on the phone made it sound as though they don't know who is taking over.
Anyone know what is planned?
Or can anyone recommend a service that is as reliable and convenient as AOT?
I would much rather book in advance than on arrival and know I'll just be walking straight to a car and on my way.
