I used the BA chat feature today selecting BA holidays.

As part of my transitioning to AY I wanted to replace my BAEC number with my AY one so as to credit my four flights on QR metal to Finnair Plus instead of BAEC booked as part of a BA holiday.

The good news was I got through in 1 minute, the bad news is that unless the rules have been changed unknown to me, then this is really bad information that BA are giving out.

it shouldn’t be for me to tell a BA agent about being able to choose oneworld frequent flyer programmes!
