Tried uploading some screenshots here. First is from the website saying I need 120 more to “retain Gold” but also seeming to show current validity through April 2026, which is the same period I would be retaining for. Second is the digital card in the BA App on my phone. Third is what I get when I ask to download my membership card on BA.com.
Seems pretty clear they are telling me my Gold Card is valid though April 2026, which is not what I expected, but also they are showing a shortfall of 120 TPs to “retain” what they are also telling me I already have. Confusing to say the least. I thought about ringing up BAEC Gold line but it’s out of hours at my contact number now in the US, and I’m in Dubai so if I have been having trouble getting to hours to work for calling my parents I’m not sure I will jump around to call BAEC! Sounds like even if there is some mistake somewhere, I should have enough here to keep Gold until when they tell me I’ve got it to…
