So I posess a Nexus membership and US passport.
i log into the
https://ttp.dhs.gov/ site and view my dashboard.
There is a feature to 'update documents'
ie: passport info, drivers license info.
I got a new passport a few months ago, it needed renewal and did so.
on my dashboard it is clear it does not have my current passport info.
It also says "Only some passport, permanent resident card, or driver's license information may be updated. If you cannot update the information online, you will need to visit an enrollment center so an officer can assist you"
I also see my birthdate is wrong by 1 calendar day.
Even on my Progarm memberships page which shows my nexus membership, birthdate is wrong by the same one day.
on my physical card and US passport, birthdate are accurate.
Can i do a walk in to a enrollment center? "visit a enrollement center" means i dont have an appointment as those are for interviews, so I assume walk ins are possible.
Can i visit a Nexus center in canada or have to use a GE enrollment center in USA?
