“New routing credit”

Is that a thing, and how will I fare trying to claim it?

Briefly, I was booked with Finnair (and crediting to BAEC) but due to IRROPS they switched me to a BA flight. This was a few weeks ago, but I’ve received no tier points or Avios - neither from the original routing, nor for the BA flight that I ended up flying.

Is it just a case of claiming for missing TPs and Avios as normal, or will the fact I never actually “booked” this BA flight myself complicate matters?

Also, I really need this to qualify as one of my “minimum of 4 BA flights” to retain Silver on 1st April. I’ve exceeded 600 TPs okay, but currently only showing as 2 BA flights taken. I accept the fact I’ll need to take an extra flight by 31 March
to requalify, but if my IRROPS flight fails to credit properly in the next 3 weeks, I’ll need to organise TWO extra flights (rather than just one) to hit the “4 flight” requirement. Getting nervous now!
