imo, the answer is that Air Canada doesn't have a branding strategy and doesn't care if its brands become even more incoherent
(for what it's worth, YYZ-KIN is the only route listed here that would be significantly longer than other Express routes)
I actually wanted to ask that as a follow up question too, because Rouge is an even bigger mess at this point. YYZ-KIN is the outlier, but it makes me wonder what AC has planned for these high density 7M8s in the next year (or more).
