Ticket Issued but Avios Still in Account

Got a weird situation.

Back in January, I used BA.com to book four long haul tickets in J for a largish number of Avios. A few weeks back, we decided to add an LHR-CDG leg to that flight, so I called BA, and they (1) charged me additional Avios, (2) charged me additional $$ and (3) re-issued a ticket that goes the whole way. The $$ has been charged, and I have gotten new tickets issued to me with ticket numbers and such (and it shows up on BA.com).

Here's the weird bit. After I called, they redeposited the (large) number of Avios for the long-haul leg, while charging me the Avios for the short-haul leg. So when I log into my account, it shows the Avios that should have been charged to me for the long-haul J-tickets. I'm obviously not going to touch those Avios, but do I need to call or message BA or something? Don't want to show up at the airport and have problems.
